Verde Homes needed to create a several pieces to market their properties. They had a logo designed, but not colorized, so the first choice to make was color. The houses are mission-style, and the client wanted a color pallet that would emphasize the authenticity of the home designs. After deciding on this mustard, wine, and green variation, the logo was ready to be used on these two signs which were put on the building sites as advertisements, as well as the informational fliers for the individual homes.
